Production Coordinator
Job Description
Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to the production team
Performing employee evaluation and training
Ensuring all safety standards are met
Maintaining a healthy and clean working environment
Safeguarding physical and information properties
Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
Collaborating with the materials team. quality team, the engineering team to achieve smooth production
Evaluating process for continuous improvement
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
Setting productivity goals
Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
Coordinating RMA and inbound/outbound logistics
Ensuring adequate scheduling of team
Qualification
Experience in one-piece flow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Proven record in training employees in safety, security, and production
Ability to coach and motivate employees
Excellent assembly skills
.Knowledgeable of electrical/mechanical design drawings, metal fabrication methods, and QC procedures
Understanding lean manufacturing / Toyota Production System
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a science or technical field.
